About Tracey Jade
During childhood Tracey relocated frequently due to her father's job and always enjoyed participating in the home buying and selling process. After graduating from WKU with a B.S. in Business Management / Human Resource Management in 2003, she knew that real estate had to be a part of her life. She and her husband purchased their first investment property. Impassioned by big transformations she created a business reviving and refreshing a variety of spaces for others. Tracey actually sold their properties without a Realtor and was an advocate of FSBO after being let down by hired agents. She saw the need for above average kind of service and combined all of her passions and became a Broker.
Tracey's family resides in Apex, NC. In 2020 she moved with her husband and children to Sanford, NC for a real estate investment opportunity and she is enthusiastic about the growth taking place there! While she loves to help clients make their home in Sanford area as well, she also works frequently within the Greater Raleigh area and is based out of Cary, NC.
