About Tracie
Tracie Hall is a Luxury Realtor driven by her commitment to her clients and her real estate career. This is what brought her to Lila Delman Compass. Tracie gained national acclaim for the record-breaking sale of the 2021 HGTV Dream Home, cementing her reputation for managing high-profile, complex transactions with absolute discretion and precision.
Tracie’s affinity for the industry is elemental. Raised in Orlando, Florida, her father was a builder and her mother was a real estate broker. James and “Freddie,” originally from Fitzgerald, Georgia were an amazing team. They built investment properties, assisted families with purchases and eventually owned a country western bar! They were entrepreneurs and Tracie’s transition into the field was a natural progression. Tracie holds a degree in International Business and French from Florida State University, and her background is enriched by studying in Paris and working for Remy Martin in Cognac. Her love of travel, culture, fine food and wine has instilled in her a global perspective and an eye for design, and architecture. Her professional background is in marketing and sales. Her experiences, along with her knowledge and passion for helping others provide an ideal blueprint for success to everyone who works with her.
Now, a long-time resident of Little Compton, Tracie has spent almost three decades among the landscape, culture and beauty of the Ocean State. She specializes in Newport, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Narragansett, and Jamestown, Rhode Island, as well as the waterfront properties of Westport, Massachusetts. Her diverse expertise spans luxury, military relocation, and senior relocation, and vacation and investment properties.
Tracie loves living in the Ocean State. "Autumn is the crown jewel, the brilliant color, the cool air and I love the coastal farms and hyper local eating. I am a foodie and Rhode Island has so many award winning chefs and locally made foods." More importantly, she is the proud mother of her three handsome sons, and enjoys the love, laughter and enjoyment they bring to her life.
