Tracie Higgins

Tracie joins the Cole Team after many years of experience in the hospitality/hotel industry and as an actor and writer. Her sense of humor is her superpower in helping bring people together to complete a goal. On behalf of her clients, she is ready, willing and able to bring to bear every ounce of knowledge, grit, and tenacity she’s acquired along her dynamic work/life path. Living with her family in Inwood, Upper Manhattan for over two decades, she understands the importance of finding a home where one can feel an affinity to community and all the enjoyment NYC brings.

Tracie thrives on interpersonal communication and building community. Elected twice to the General Manager’s Council at the NY Marriott Marquis, and twice awarded the Spotlight on Excellence Award for international hospitality. She has served as a Board Member for Marble Hill Nursery School, as a PTA Treasurer, and on her own cooperative’s board of directors. She has also served as a community liaison for Rosie’s Theater Kids and UP Theater Company.

Here are some fun Tracie facts! She can recite all 50 United States alphabetically in less than 16 seconds. She is a die-hard Knicks fan and an even more die-hard Mets fan. Her greatest wish in working with her clients is that they too find the sense of joy and community she has found in her NYC neighborhood.
