"I contacted Tracie through Zillow. I have been looking for a condo in either La Jolla or Pacific Beach since I wanted to be near my daughter and two grandsons. I was not familiar with the area since my primary residence is in Manhattan Beach. Tracie took the time to take me around the two areas and explain the pros and cons of each one.
