Tracy Brener

Tracy was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta and graduated from the College of Charleston with a BS Degree in Psychology. She is proud to be a life-long resident of the south, having also lived in Tennessee and Alabama before making the beautiful state of North Carolina her home in 2004.

She spent the majority of her pre-real estate career in higher education administration at Johnson & Wales University, both in Charleston, SC and here in Charlotte, primarily working with international students. This is where she honed her ability to advise, counsel and mentor people from diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.  It was there that she also successfully navigated the complex and ever-changing world of U. S. immigration regulations.  These skills have provided her with the foundation to handle complicated real estate transactions with ease. 

Tracy takes special care in putting the wants and needs of her clients first.  She very quickly builds rapport with them and works tirelessly to provide them with the best possible experience.  She is adept at translating what can often be seen as a complicated and overwhelming process into something that allows clients to feel comfortable and confident throughout.

Tracy continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game by studying the real estate market, monitoring trends, and taking continuing education classes. As a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), she has made the commitment to provide the highest level of professional service to her clients by securing a strong educational foundation, maintaining professional relationships with other real estate agents and cultivating connections with local purveyors that serve the housing industry. 

Tracy has a friendly and dynamic personality, but rest assured she has built her real estate business on a foundation of integrity, honesty and hard work. She prides herself in her passionate and tenacious drive to serve her clients’ best interests.

Helping her clients after the sale is a great source of pride for Tracy and she looks forward to building long term relationships with them. Clients often comment how genuine their experience was in working with her. 

Tracy is a true champion of the Queen City and takes pride in sharing her intimate knowledge of the area.  An avid explorer of the city, she enjoys supporting and advocating for local shops & businesses, neighborhood events and cultural festivals.  As an avid professional soccer fan, you may find her and her husband, Bobby and teenage son, Nathan at a Charlotte FC futbol game cheering on the squad.
