Tracy Crawford

Originally from Connecticut, Tracy’s path to the Berkshires took her through California, where she held her real estate license in Los Angeles. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Tracy spent 20 years in feature film marketing, crafting campaigns for major studios like Disney, Warner Bros., and 20th Century Fox. 

Since settling in the Berkshires in 2008, Tracy has built a strong reputation for her integrity, deep market knowledge, and unwavering dedication to her clients. Her passion for helping homebuyers led her to specialize exclusively as a Buyer’s Agent—ensuring her clients had a true advocate in their corner. A few years later, she became the Broker/Owner of the firm and has over a decade of experience representing both buyers and sellers in the Berkshires.

Tracy has also served as a Director on the Berkshire Board of Realtors and was elected Vice President in 2018, further solidifying her role as a respected voice in the local real estate community.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys renovating and decorating homes, with a special passion for bringing historic properties back to life. She also loves spending time at Lake Onota with her family and their two dogs, or relaxing at the barn with her Gypsy Vanner horse, Griffin.
