Tracy Creighton

Tracy Creighton is a REALTOR® with Compass and a lifelong North County San Diego resident. Raised and currently living in Oceanside with her husband and two teenage kids, she also spent many years living in the city of San Diego and Carlsbad, giving her a genuine, firsthand understanding of both the coastal communities and urban neighborhoods that make this region so distinctive.

Tracy holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and is an alumna of the University of San Diego. Her finance background shapes everything about how she approaches real estate, from pricing strategy and market analysis to negotiation and long-term planning. Clients regularly describe her as the agent who helps them think, not just act.

Tracy holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, a nationally recognized credential for agents who specialize in helping clients 55 and older navigate the unique challenges of real estate later in life. Whether a client is downsizing to a smaller home, relocating closer to family, or managing the sale of a trust or inherited property, Tracy brings patience, expertise, and a steady hand to what can be an emotional and complex process.

She works with first-time homebuyers who need someone to walk them through every step, veterans taking advantage of VA loan benefits, and move-up buyers looking to reposition within the North County market. Tracy's service area includes Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Encinitas and Solana Beach. Having lived in and around these communities her entire life, she brings local knowledge that goes beyond market data  and she knows the neighborhoods, the schools, the hidden gems, and the things no one or nothing else will tell you.
