Education
Tracy’s parents owned a retail furniture store adjacent to their home near Rochester, New York, so she grew up surrounded by lovely furnishings; learning the magic of arrangement and décor at a young age. Naturally when helping to sell a home, Tracy embraces the process of moving furniture and accessories to present the best possible first impression to her listings.
Attending the University of Michigan, Tracy received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Marketing. After graduating, Tracy worked with small businesses, helping them to market themselves through customized radio campaigns and later, as an account executive and sales manager for local radio stations. During these years, she and her family moved from Detroit to Madison to Syracuse before landing in Austin in 2002. Soon after, she began selling real estate.
Sellers appreciate Tracy’s true marketing professionalism as she thoroughly analyzes all of the variables, (external and internal) affecting the marketing of her client’s home, over and above the traditional Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). When representing buyers, Tracy is tireless in searching for the “needle in the haystack”. She understands the importance of her job and that many clients want to see absolutely every option before making this momentous decision. Tracy’s client base loves the fact that she combines her 25 years of marketing experience with her passion for design and use of space. In her free time, she plays soccer in the Austin Women’s Soccer League, coaches girls soccer, and water-skis and surfs on Lake Austin with the women in Ignite. She volunteers at Westlake School, and with the Eanes Education Foundation. She enjoys travel and special times with her husband and three daughters.
