" wish I could give Tracy more than five stars, especially on Negotiating skils. She is AWESOME. My husband and I met Tracy at a random open house in DC a little over a ago. She was the agent and we talked to her for a little while during that open house. She wasn't the only agent we met at an open house, but she was the only one we liked. We ended up working with her, but we had a weird schedule and didn't dedicate a lot of time at first. Tracy was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with suggestions about how to go about looking in this market. When we got serious, she was there and willing to look at homes around our crazy schedule. When we finally were ready to make an offer, Tracy was fantastic at negotiating and we felt like because of her we got a great price for the house we wanted. We've been in our new home for about a month now and we couldn't have done it without Tracy. Without a doubt, she is the best agent around. I would recommend her to anyone and I would use her a thousand times if I buy a thousand more houses. Thank you Tracy" - Ginger D. and Luis C.

"What a great experience. Tracy led me through the process of buying my first home, and she was fantastic every step of the way. She let me go at my own pace, knowledgeably answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones), and snapped into action every time a promising came up. When it was time to make an offer, she had a firm grasp on how we could appeal to sellers in such a competitive market. Thanks to Tracy's efforts, I'm now sitting in my Capitol Hill rowhouse brainstorming about paint colors." - Matt J.

"s first-time homebuyers, we would have been lost without Tracy. From the very get-go, she was extremely thorough as she walked us through the process and answered all our many questions. She responded immediately to every email we sent and was quick to set up appointments to go see houses we expressed interest in. When it came time to make an offer her negotiation skills really shined—she provided sage advice that resulted in us winning out over a competing offer. Perhaps, above all, the thing that made it such a great experience was Tracy herself. She is warm, friendly, smart, and easy to talk to. She went above and beyond for us and really made us feel like our concerns and questions were heard and understood. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent." - Erin P. and Ryan P.

"Tracy was an absolutely pleasure to work with and was an excellent resource and guide for the DC market. She responds quickly and thoughtfully to client needs, is upfront and transparent about properties, and has extensive knowledge about neighborhoods and development in the DMV. Tracy was able to recommend equally awesome parties for other elements of the home buying process (inspectors, title companies, etc.) with whom she has strong, long-standing relationships. Tracy makes herself available at all hours and readily answers any questions and addresses any concerns. She's super flexible with time and Tracy's team was quick to step in when Tracy was unavailable, which was tremendously appreciated. Thank you so much." - Julia S

"Honestly, we can't say enough good things about working with Tracy and Shaughn Co. Tracy was super responsive and very helpful to two new home buyers. We had a lot of questions and Tracy was patient, helpful, and offered the guidance we needed. During our buying process we went through a couple different negotiations and Tracy was supportive in helping us choose outcomes that we were comfortable with as far as offers and escalations. Then after the fact Tracy and Shaughn have continued to be helpful and supportive for various questions/needs. They have really gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor when we started this process." - Regina C
