Tracy Teofilo

Tracy Teofilo has had a remarkable career, transitioning from a successful 20 year tenure with the New York City Police Department where she retired as a Sergeant, to a thriving venture in commercial and residential real estate.

Her experience has equipped her with a unique set of skills, including a keen understanding of the city. She also has a working relationship in Putnam and Westchester county, where she worked part time as a realtor until her retirement from the NYPD.

Tracy has a wide network of connections, strong negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills. Her commitment to her clients is evident in her dedication to meeting and exceeding their needs, as well as building strong professional relationships through her integrity and pride in her work.

Tracy was born and raised on the Upper Westside and still lives in Manhattan. She attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently learning Italian. She is also a licensed Home Inspector and currently owns a successful Home inspection business with her husband.
