Travis Fiume

Travis is a licensed real estate broker with Compass. With more than 15 years of experience as a real estate professional in New York City, he brings a wealth of knowledge, a data-driven/numbers-focused approach, and a robust network to all of his business dealings.

Prior to joining Compass, he worked as the Director of Leasing and was a founding member of Bold New York. During his 10+ years at the boutique residential firm, Travis oversaw approximately 100 agents and spearheaded the marketing and leasing of more than 10,000 units throughout New York City.

He began his real estate career interning for an investment sales team at Marcus and Millichap where he learned the fundamentals of investment asset analysis and the qualities of an effective broker – recognition of client’s needs, strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity. Travis then worked for Forrest Partners, a principal firm that owns mixed-use buildings in Manhattan. His experience in various areas of property management and residential brokerage with Forrest Partners have proven beneficial for Travis' overall industry knowledge.

Mr. Fiume's strengths lie in his well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry, a strong desire to deliver, a positive attitude, and an extensive knowledge of the New York real estate market. To date, Travis has closed Thousands of real estate transactions.

Travis Fiume holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
