Trent Rice joined NAI Shames Makovsky with over 20 years of experience as an office leasing and investment sales specialist. He has a demonstrated talent for incisive and professional negotiating on behalf of both landlords/owners and Tenants in the Denver marketplace.
Trent’s primary focus over the past 15 years has been based in tenant representation work within Denver’s Central Business District Market to professional firms. He offers an unsurpassed knowledge of lease rates and current sale transactions specific to the Central Business District office market and surrounding sub-markets. In addition, Trent has personally owned and been involved in the partnerships of a handful of commercial properties in the Denver area and as a result understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced with the ownership of commercial office buildings.
In 2014-2016, Trent successfully completed over 90 lease transactions encompassing more than 600,000 rentable square feet and more than 120,000 square feet of early tenant lease renewals, lease “roll backs”, and lease extensions. In addition, he has transacted over $50,000,000 of Central Business District Purchase and Sale assignments.
