"My wife and I started our search for a new home well over a year ago. Since we live in Nevada, we had to choose a real estate agent from the internet. Add that to the fact that this was our first experience buying a home, we were a little anxious, to say the least. After an initial email, Susan gave me a call and I began to feel better immediately. Just by speaking to her, it was obvious that she knew the area, and more importantly, that she knew the industry. She listened to what my wife and I were hoping to get, and let us know how busy the current market was in Boca. Then the pandemic got into full swing and we had to delay trips to check out neighborhoods. "My husband and I bought and sold over 10 homes within the last two decades, (often as investment properties and to refurbish and resell), and we have been fortunate with many valuable and experienced realtors over the years. None have proven as resourceful, well respected and well connected as Susan Weinberg of Compass in Boca Raton Florida. It is like having a personal FLORIDA CONCIERGE. What do I mean? Well, here are some examples during our first weeks in Florida. We needed 10 contractors to fix up our new property in a timely manner. We were choosing kitchen cabinets, countertops, painters, wood flooring, pool design, landscaping, etc Susan had a name and relationship with each vendor that could be seen by each contractors quick and expedient response to our request for appointments. The workmanship and reliability of all of them were top notch. So many stressful decisions need to be made during this kind of purchase. Even deciding what color to paint the walls was stressful. Susan pulled the color wheel out of her car and picked one for me. Of course, it’s beautiful. Not sure if the sofa you’re purchasing is the right look, Susan doubles as an interior designer (I’m not kidding great taste).
