"I’m not one to normally post reviews, but in this case I feel it’s mandatory. My house, on The Strand in Manhattan Beach, was owned by myself and 3 step children. It was originally listed with high profile realtors in Manhattan Beach who promoted themselves as being the most successful realtors in Manhattan Beach. They insisted that we stage the house and listed the house at a very high price although they said the house was a tear down. We thought they knew what they were doing. We hired them as no other realtor had suggested such a high price. Beware when one realtor is much higher than others in their estimate! In 6 months, the high profile realtors had one open house for realtors and showed the house about six times. No one was interested. Obviously the price was too high. We knew we had to change our representation. Trevi had been recommended by a friend. We hired Trevi who partnered with Nick Snider and Jen Caskey. She thought partnering with them would be best for selling our house. She had no ego. Trevi had impressed us with her sincerity, creativity in approach to presenting the house and her energy. Trevi recommended that we restage the house and lower the price which we did. She and her partners were a pleasure to work with. They were burdened with the job of overcoming the previous image of the house as a tear down. They had at least 6 open houses for brokers and the public.
