About Trevor
Trevor Mitchell is a Nashville-based real estate agent with over eight years of experience
specializing in urban homes, investment properties, and development opportunities in and around
the city’s core neighborhoods. Originally from Atlanta and by way of Charleston, SC, Trevor
sharpened his skills in real estate investing, property management, and marketing before making
Nashville home.
Trevor focuses on real estate investing and development, building his own portfolio while
partnering with investors to acquire and reposition both residential and commercial properties.
He is passionate about helping clients create long-term wealth through cash-flowing assets,
strategic acquisitions, and thoughtful development.
As a Nashville transplant himself, Trevor also has a heart for guiding first-time homebuyers as
they establish roots in the city. He prides himself on being a trusted advisor, providing market
knowledge and clear direction through one of the most important financial decisions in his
clients’ lives—all while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
Outside of real estate, Trevor enjoys time with his wife, Lauren, their two children, Margot and
Weldon, and their Golden Retriever, Zuzu. Together, they love hiking and exploring the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee. A passionate golfer, Trevor takes every chance to get out on the
course. In the community, he proudly serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee,
where he has been involved for the past 5 years. A portion of every closing Trevor completes is
donated to Make-A-Wish, supporting their mission to bring joy and hope to children with critical
illnesses.
