Her grandparents owned a successful brokerage for decades and her Dad had a career in Marketing and Sales—growing up she moved 10 times before the age of 13 to 10 different cities. With each move, her mom would make the home special, no matter the size or design. Every neighborhood was unique with new schools, more new friends and new areas to discover which became the new normal.
Then at the age of 15, Tricia Jo started in Real Estate at a top brokerage in Southern Minnesota. 
 
Thinking she would be an architect at a young age, digital design became a passion. She worked with small businesses and real estate professionals to create unique marketing solutions. After graduating from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Design and an Art Minor, Tricia Jo worked in advertising with high-end builders and developers to craft unique marketing solutions, and eventually obtained her own real estate license.
 
Her career in real estate quickly flourished with year-over-year successes including, ‘Rookie of the Year’ status within a successful top team, nominations for Super Agent consecutively, and recurring recipient of Mpls St Paul Magazine Realtor® awards and Minnesota Monthly nominations year after year, most recently ranked Top Social Media by PropertySparks.
