"We listed our house with Tricia because we knew she was a local real estate agent who was familiar with our area and property values. She had a reputation for realistic pricing, as well. Immediately after listing, she began hosting Open House events on weekends and quickly found interested buyers. Then something unprecedented occurred: the entire world shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and our closing date was canceled and pushed back indefinitely! "I was acquainted with Tricia for years because of her involvement with the Syosset-Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. I knew she was active in the community and super nice, so I was delighted when the executor of my mother’s estate selected her to sell the house. I can’t reconstruct the exact dates but I’m thinking she showed up with an excellent photographer on the Monday, was actually staging the photos for a great website that went live on Thursday, hosted an open house that Sunday, and received multiple offers that day, one of which was accepted by the executor. We closed 9/12. Start to finish was less than 90 days. Yes it was a rush. Yes the buyers were fantastic and we have stayed in touch. And yes Tricia made everything easier.
