Trina Lavigna

If there’s one undercurrent throughout Trina’s career, it’s honesty, humility, and hard work. Although, that may be her midwestern values talking. Born in Ohio, the veteran Realtor received a Business Degree from The Ohio State University (go Buckeyes!) before she was lured west by California’s incessantly sunny skies. Equipped with ample experience buying/selling homes, along with a keen familiarity of what it takes to move a family across the country, a career in real estate seemed like a no-brainer.

Thirty years, three moves, and two remodels later, Trina has gleaned over a decade of real estate experience working in Marin and Sonoma counties. Mother to two grown children, she’s an invaluable resource when it comes to navigating the local schools, PTAs, and sports leagues. At her core, she believes in helping people the same way that others have helped her.

Just as passionate about helping young couples find their first home as she is helping retirees downsize, Trina truly treats every transaction as if it were her own. Imbued with a natural gift for prepping homes for sale, not to mention multiple rental properties of her own, she’s a pro at presenting listings to the public. Loyal, trustworthy, and exceedingly dependable, Trina loves cultivating relationships with clients from all walks of life. As she says herself, “the properties are an added bonus.”

Married to her college sweetheart, (40-years strong!), the duo loves hiking Mount Tam and exploring the Presidio on the weekends. A hot yoga fanatic who’s never turned down a Peloton boot camp, the San Rafael resident is equally obsessed with animals, including her mini poodle, Bella.
