At the very beginning I provide you with a detailed marketing strategy of how we can best market your property including social media, flyers, websites, networking and great photography just to name a few. Given the current market recommendations I will advise you how to get your home ready to list including budgets, whether or not you’d benefit from professional staging and just doing the little touches that best showcase your home. I will provide a timeline and be your project manager throughout.
