Born in Uruguay and raised in Brooklyn NY, Trish began her sales career right out of Colgate University in high-level sales and marketing roles at Allure and RollingStone in New York City, where she managed top fashion and beauty accounts, such as Estee Lauder, Revlon, Versace and Ralph Lauren, to name a few. Following a move to the suburbs of Philadelphia after receiving her Masters in Bi-Lingual Speech and Language Pathology from Columbia University, she launched a respected and lucrative 15+ year private practice on the Main Line serving children and families with special needs and communication delays. Her passion for sales, entrepreneurship and relationship building eventually led her to real estate. After several years as a top producer on one of the top luxury real estate teams in the Nation, Trish is a seasoned and successful real estate professional, known for her integrity, communication skills, positive attitude, market insight, and results-driven approach. Her track record includes multiple multi-million dollar transactions and a loyal network of repeat and referral clients. She and co-team lead, Meghan Houder, created the Houder Nunez-Strid Team and partnered with Compass where their mission is firmly grounded in the belief that success is measured by respect, reputation and results.
As a Radnor resident, Trish and her husband are raising their family in Wayne. Their three children have attended Radnor schools since kindergarten, with two proud Radnor High School graduates. Outside of real estate, Trish enjoys fitness, food, travel and fashion (always a New Yorker at heart!) She is a member of the Philadelphia Ballet Committee where she continues to support the arts and live out her lifelong love of ballet and is actively involved in the Young Men's Service League serving numerous local charities.
