He has been a member of Compass since 2019, joining the company before it went public and helping to establish the Andover location as one of the founding members.

In 2020, Tristan teamed up with his wife, Loren Lush, to form The Lush Group—a dynamic real estate team focused on delivering exceptional service and unparalleled expertise to clients.
