A Lake Travis resident since 2012, Tritia was drawn to the area for its rare combination of small-town charm, scenic beauty and easy access to Austin’s energy and culture.

With a background in hospitality and business, Tritia brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to every client interaction. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and previously owned and operated two successful businesses—experience that translates into sharp negotiation skills, creative marketing strategies and a commitment to excellence.

Known for her eye for architecture and connection, Tritia combines deep market expertise with a genuine love for helping people. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors, she thrives on building lasting relationships and guiding clients with care, local insight and confidence.

Tritia’s long-standing involvement in local nonprofits, school initiatives and civic programs has given her a well-rounded perspective on what makes each community special. Her hands-on experience has built a strong network and understanding of the neighborhoods, schools and lifestyle priorities that matter most to buyers and sellers alike.

She and her husband Geoff have been married for 26 years and are proud parents to five children—plus a dog, a cat and two hamsters. When she’s not working or giving back, she enjoys golf, tennis and golf cart rides along the Texas Coast.
