In 2021 he closed a 54,000 sqft office deal at 1900 Broadway for a Robotics company on the Upper West Side.

Troy is born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and went to school at Loyola Marymount University in LA and Fordham University in the Bronx. He played Water Polo for Trinidad and Tobago and also for the two universities he attended. Troy is also part owner of a bar called HIDDEN LANE in Union Square.
