About Trystan
With over a decade of dedicated experience in New York City's commercial real estate sector, Trystan has established himself as a formidable force. In 2018, he was instrumental in launching Compass's commercial division, where he successfully orchestrated $80 million in sales across all asset classes citywide. His expertise and leadership led to a pivotal transition in 2019 when he assumed the role of Vice President of Leasing and Sales at 60G, a prominent owner-operator.

At 60G, Trystan took charge of all commercial and residential leasing and sales operations, supporting asset management for a portfolio comprising 22 properties with a combined value of $2.5 billion. Tasked with running the sales and leasing process for institutional funds such as Carlyle Group, Meadow Partners, Sixth Street Capital, and Stockbridge across diverse asset classes; he demonstrated exceptional proficiency by completing $100 million in sales, leasing 215,000 square feet, and played a pivotal role in assembling $480 million in acquisitions on behalf of strategic partnerships.

Trystan continues to execute transactions throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, representing institutional capital, middle-market operators, national non-profits, and end users.
