Tucker Wheatley

Tucker Wheatley is a New York City–based real estate advisor and member of the Malone Team—recognized for record-setting sales and a refined, client-first approach to luxury real estate across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons. He brings more than a decade of industry experience alongside a unique background in marketing, branding, and creative strategy.

Tucker first began his career in Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate in 2013 and has since built hands-on experience as an investor and owner. His background includes residential investments and renovations, the launch of multiple short-term rental properties, and the co-creation of a destination wedding venue in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.

Before returning to real estate full time, Tucker spent nearly a decade leading marketing and creative initiatives in the performing arts, collaborating with many of the world’s top conductors, composers, choirs, orchestras, and concert halls. He is a voting member of the Recording Academy and has contributed to projects that have earned a GRAMMY® Award, three additional nominations, and a double-platinum record.

Tucker is a graduate of New York University and the Manhattan School of Music and lives on the Upper West Side with his husband, who is also an agent at Compass. Outside of work, he is an avid Broadway theatergoer and investor who loves traveling and playing the organ.
