Turner Cavender

Turner Cavender was born in Dallas, Texas, and spent his early childhood in DeSoto before moving to Mesquite during middle school. Born with a hearing disability, Turner faced challenges from a young age that shaped the resilience, work ethic, and determination he carries into every aspect of his life today. At six years old, he was fitted with hearing aids and worked closely with speech therapists to learn how to read, write, and communicate at the same level as his peers. Those early obstacles taught him the value of persistence, adaptability, and never allowing circumstances to define his future.

As a teenager, Turner discovered a passion for motocross racing, a sport that matched his competitive spirit and relentless drive. He went on to compete professionally before retiring from full-time racing in 2007 to pursue higher education at Texas Tech University. There, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition, combining his passion for performance, discipline, and helping others improve their lives.

Following college, Turner spent nearly a decade building and operating successful fitness facilities in both Texas and Arizona. During that time, he worked with thousands of clients, helping people transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Leading teams, managing businesses, and serving clients at a high level gave him a strong foundation in communication, leadership, marketing, and relationship building — all skills that now translate directly into his real estate career.

In 2020, Turner transitioned into real estate with a mission much bigger than simply buying and selling homes. He set out to become a trusted advisor and educator for buyers, sellers, and investors navigating one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. His background, life experiences, and entrepreneurial mindset allow him to bring a unique perspective to the industry — combining high-level marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of people and their goals.

Today, Turner specializes in residential, luxury, investment, and lifestyle-driven real estate throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is passionate about educating consumers, helping clients make informed decisions, and creating a real estate experience built on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. Through social media, podcasts, and client education, Turner strives to provide value beyond the transaction while sharing the lessons, discipline, and mindset that helped shape his journey.

Turner is also the host of “The Turner Cavender Experience” podcast and co-host of “The Real Estate Leadership” podcast, where he interviews entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and professionals while sharing insights to help both consumers and real estate agents grow personally and professionally.

Above all, family remains the center of everything Turner does. He is married and together they live in Heath, Tx with their son and Golden Retriever.
