Tyla Jones-Champion

Tyla Jones-Champion works at the intersection of real estate and culture.

Nearly a decade at Madison Square Garden she managed luxury suites and corporate hospitality for senior stakeholders, C-Suite executives and athletes. She went on to lead the Citibank global event portfolio, then served as the National Account Director for a major spirit brand managing a multi-market portfolio exceeding $3 million and produced more than 190 events a year. Today she is the founder of Luxe Monroe Enterprises, a culture-first company spanning experiential marketing, brand partnerships, and media production.

That career is not background to her real estate practice. It is the foundation of it. Fourteen years inside the music, sports, and entertainment industries have built a network of label executives, artists, athletes, agents, and touring professionals, along with an instinct for how they actually live: compressed timelines, absolute discretion, decisions made between cities. Tyla is currently completing a degree in Sports Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected March 2027, formalizing a specialization she has spent her career practicing.

She represents clients relocating from New York into NJ, specifically Morris, Essex, Middlesex, Bergen counties, and the Hudson waterfront, alongside New Jersey families making the most consequential purchase of their lives. Properties she brings to market receive the rigor of a national brand campaign, informed by her Associate of Applied Science in Marketing Management from Berkeley College.

Born and raised in Newark and now based in Middlesex County, Tyla entered real estate to widen who gets to build generational wealth through ownership. She has carried that intention up market while still serving new homebuyers. Cultural high-net-worth clients remain underserved at the luxury tier, and she is deliberate about changing that.

She is a mother of two and spends her time producing live events, traveling, and rooted in the communities that raised her.
