Tyler Charron

Tyler Charron began his real estate career over a decade ago, working as an investor in the single-family home space. During this time, he became an expert in identifying value add properties and equity plays in markets throughout the Bay Area. Utilizing appropriate upgrades, leaseback strategies, and creative financing to achieve the highest potential for each deal. Tyler worked with a vast network of agents, investors, and traditional long-term holders. This experience gave him an acute understanding of the importance of working with a network of only the most professional and driven individuals while helping investors reach their financial goals.

His time in the single-family home space led him into other business opportunities ranging across a number of industries. He went on to raise Millions in venture capital to fund several startups in the Bay Area and Sacramento. During this time raising capital and executing real estate purchases he gained great experience working with local government agencies to get specific use entitlements and zoning changes for properties.

Tyler has lived in the Bay Area his entire life, giving him a deep understanding of the Bay’s cities, and neighborhoods within them. Originally an East Bay native, he moved to San Jose where he attended and graduated from San Jose State University with a Business Degree with a focus in Entrepreneurship.

As an Investment Specialist with the R&Z Group, Tyler draws upon his experiences prior to working in the multi-family space, to help him in providing the best possible service, insight, and outcomes for his clients. He strives to keep a keen eye on the market with its ever-changing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
