Tyson Barnhart is a luxury real estate advisor with over $100 million in closed sales volume in Arizona alone, placing him among the most accomplished agents in the industry.
Tyson has been licensed since 2004. He spent his first 14 years building his career in the fast-paced Los Angeles luxury market before relocating to Scottsdale in 2018, and today brings 22+ years of experience to investors, first-time buyers, families, and clients looking for their forever home.
A native of the Seattle area, Tyson moved to Las Vegas in the 1990s, where he laid the foundation for his white-glove service career by working with multiple AAA Four- and Five-Diamond-rated luxury hotels. That experience, combined with years spent building and remodeling several homes, gave him hands-on knowledge of construction and design that adds real value to clients on both sides of a transaction.
Tyson holds the respected Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, earned through extensive training in negotiation, contracts, risk management, and the legal complexities of real estate that most agents never pursue. It reflects his commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry. He also holds the Luxury Listing Specialist (LUXE) designation, which provides specialized training in marketing and positioning luxury properties.
