About Ursula
Ursula is an experienced RealtorĀ® focused on residential home buying and selling in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. She prides herself on providing excellent personal attention throughout the entire process and beyond. She is a licensed attorney and as a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney and enjoys using her advocacy skills to help her clients. She works on deals that include everything from $2 million plus luxury properties to total fixer-uppers. She loves helping first-time home-buyers and will patiently explain the daunting process. She has built trusted relationships over the years with lenders, other RealtorsĀ®, inspectors, contractors, and architects in order to provide a complete and seamless home-buying or selling experience for her clients.

Ursula lives with her husband and two young children in Swarthmore, PA. Previously she has lived in many different neighborhoods in Philadelphia and beyond. While she can frequently be found trying to convince people to move to Swarthmore because itā€™s her favorite place, she truly loves and is knowledgeable about many neighborhoods in Philadelphia and other surrounding suburbs.

In her free time, she satisfies her love of learning by listening to podcasts and reading. She will never outgrow her love for sports and is currently training for her first half marathon.
