"Buying a home was practically stress free and I owe much of that to Ursula. She showed me fourteen homes and had days mapped out to look at different properties. She was supportive yet also honest with me as to her thoughts on homes, pricing, location, etc. She made sure I didn't rush into the first home I saw and loved, and make me wade through all the available options, good and bad. Ursula lives with her husband and two young children in Swarthmore, PA. Previously she has lived in many different neighborhoods in Philadelphia and beyond. While she can frequently be found trying to convince people to move to Swarthmore because itās her favorite place, she truly loves and is knowledgeable about many neighborhoods in Philadelphia and other surrounding suburbs.
In her free time, she satisfies her love of learning by listening to podcasts and reading. She will never outgrow her love for sports and is currently training for her first half marathon.
