Marc and Lyndsey have spent more than a decade working together at the Vail Ski and Snowboard School and began to collaborate on their mutual focus within the real estate industry in 2020. Marc Harrison is a Certified Negotiation Expert and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist who has been helping clients through both residential and commercial transactions since 2006. Lyndsey Stevens is a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist who creates innovative marketing strategies through multimedia tools and has been helping clients to find and sell mountain homes since 2020.

In 2023, Marc and Lyndsey, recognizing their harmonized skill sets, joined Compass and formed the Vail Property Experts team. Together, they use their expertise in pricing, negotiation and marketing to serve their clients; right from the beginning of the process, through closing and beyond. They help their clients navigate real estate transactions using their local knowledge of the highly competitive residential market in Eagle County. Marc and Lyndsey work diligently to provide their clients with timely responses to questions and updates throughout the entire transaction.

In addition to giving you tours of the beautiful homes in Eagle County, Marc and Lyndsey will also be happy to show you the best ski runs on Vail and Beaver Creek or our favorite picturesque hiking trails.
