Valerie Methe

Valerie Methe began her real estate career in 2006. Her journey in real estate was preceded by the impressive achievement of designing and building her own home at the age of 20. Over the next 25 years, she acquired and managed short and long-term rental properties and renovated many homes. These renovated homes injected new life into small neighborhoods, forming relationships as people observed decaying ""addresses"" transformed into ""ideal homes."" Each rental or renovated home often presented a ""challenge,"" which required creative solutions.

Valerie's experience in real estate is enhanced by forty-two years of natural ability for planning, organization, and effective problem-solving. She does not shy away from problems and aims to be the first responder for her clients. As your Realtor®, Valerie is equally comfortable with the technology of the ""paperless"" paper as she is with the organization and writing of contracts.
