I'm Val Shulzhenko, a real estate consultant and sales professional with a passion for design, style, and remodeling and investing. Growing up as the daughter of an architect and developer, I developed a deep passion for remodeling and gained an in-depth understanding of construction challenges. With years of experience managing remodeling projects for primary residences, investment properties, and managing long term and vacation rentals, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every project I undertake.
My journey in real estate began with a deep-rooted passion for transforming spaces. Over the years, I've honed my skills in managing remodeling projects, ensuring that each property I work on not only meets but exceeds expectations. Whether it's a family home, an investment property, or a luxurious vacation rental, my commitment to quality and excellence is unwavering.
My love for design and style is evident in all aspects of my work. I believe that a well-designed space can significantly enhance the value and appeal of a property.
