With dedication and diligence, Valentina Khalatyan brings her strong analytical skills, integrity, and enthusiasm to helping clients find a home.
As a graduate of Moscow State University, one of the most prestigious universities in Russia, Valentina earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and has experience in the areas of accounting and property management before she transitioned to work as a Real Estate Agent.
Having moved to Los Angeles in 2015, Valentina understands the challenges and importance of finding a neighborhood and home with the sea of options available. Valentina’s personal and honest approach, combined with her experience, is the driving force behind her success stories with clients.
In her spare time, Valentina is a nature-lover who enjoys practicing AcroYoga at the Original Muscle Beach Santa Monica along with aerial silks, brewing Kombucha, skiing, snowboarding, and solving puzzles - whether it’s a Rubik's cube or a board game.
