About Valerie

“Valerie is a pro—she cares about her clients and was a very skilled negotiator on our behalf.” Another client said, “she is at her best in complex situations, is very detailed and knows her business. I have worked with other Realtors, but none possessed the level of competence I experienced with Valerie.”

Valerie Castellana has been a REALTOR® for almost twenty years and has had the distinction of receiving numerous awards for her performance during that time. She was awarded the coveted "Agent Choice Award" by her peers and was elected and served as the President of the Marin County Association of Realtors, representing 1.200 agents. She also contributes to the community by involvement in the Tiburon Sunset Rotary, where she serves as Secretary of their Foundation, contributing dollars back into the Marin population, where she has resided for many years.

Before becoming a REALTOR. Valerie was a senior executive in the telecom and cable television fields and brought those business skills to her real estate career. "She is fun, extremely capable and goes the extra mile for her clients," said a recent client. She is experienced in working with both buyers and sellers and has been specially trained as a Relocation Specialist.

Valerie Castellana is a veteran agent in Marin County, Napa, and Sonoma Counties, as well. She works with clients at all price points and provides the same level of care regardless. She is persistent, consistent and gets the job done for her clients. She also has the experience of living overseas in Asia-both in Hong Kong and Singapore-and has a deep understanding of those coming from international markets, with their special needs and willingness to settle in unfamiliar places. While living overseas, she served on the Board of Directors for the American Women's Association, allowing her to contribute to the underserved and needy in the Asia marketplace as well. Her clients consider her a consummate professional and return to her over and over, as their housing needs change and evolve.
