Valerie Hart's 40 years of real estate and property management experience began in southern California, where she worked for private homeowners and three major real estate developers in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills.
After becoming a frequent summer visitor to Martha's Vineyard in the 1980's, she moved to Edgartown to retire in 2000.
In 2009 she became one of Point B Realty’s founding agents.
Valerie brings her diverse skills to Point B Realty, specializing in rentals and sales, with over $65 million of home and land sales on the island.
Valerie is an avid traveler, hiker, pickleball player, and an enthusiast of all things Martha’s Vineyard! She lives in a home she renovated in Edgartown Village.
