About Valerie
I’ve spent the last 19 years helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home—and I truly love what I do. As an agent with Compass, I’m proud to be part of a top-tier firm, but what matters most to me is building real relationships and being someone my clients can trust every step of the way.

I grew up in Winter Garden, Florida, just outside of Orlando, and I still carry that strong sense of community with me today. Before real estate, I served 20 years in the United States Army and Reserves. That chapter of my life taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of putting others first—values that continue to guide how I work with my clients.

II’m also a proud mother of two grown sons, one of whom has special needs. That experience has given me a deeper understanding of patience, advocacy, and the importance of finding the right support systems. I’m especially passionate about working with families and organizations that support individuals with special needs and helping them find homes and communities that truly fit their lives.
