About Valerie

Valerie Praznik has been a proud South Florida resident since 1988, when her family made the move from Venezuela.

Because of her own journey, she is extremely grateful for all the opportunities that America has offered her that she worked hard to realize, cherishing most, the American Dream of home ownership and has a passion for helping others making that same dream come true. 

As the wife of a Military Veteran, she finds it an honor to provide guidance and support to active military and veterans.

As a licensed real estate broker since 2004, with prestigious real estate designations like the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), along with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Major in Marketing from Florida International University, Valerie brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the table.

Her dedication has earned her the International Diamond Society Award, recognizing her as one of the top producers worldwide. 

On her personal time, Valerie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and their sweet and spicy French bulldog, Oreo, enjoying being out on the water, boating, fishing, swimming, and soaking up the South Florida lifestyle.

Fun fact: she was a synchronized swimmer from age 11 to 18, placing top 3 in Nationals and participating in the Junior Olympics.
