With over a decade of experience in administration and coordination, including executive-level expertise, Valerie has been working with Compass teams since 2020. She brings a background in marketing and operations, and joined The Denver Group in 2023 as the Marketing and Administration Coordinator. Her role has recently evolved to primarily lead operations, while continuing to provide marketing support and strategic insights to the team.
Passionate about both her career and artistry, Valerie is also a professional dancer with the Ballet Folclórico de la Universidad de Guadalajara. She excels at balancing these roles while continuously seeking growth and development.
