Valya Ragu

 My passion for real estate goes back to over 35 Years of selling homes in the Bay Area. Prior to this I worked for a mortgage lending division in a large financial institution where I developed a strong interest and knowledge in the financial aspect of real estate. I specialize in residential property sales in Santa Clara County, Alameda County, San Mateo County and the greater Bay Area.

 As a very experienced REALTOR® who has in depth knowledge of the market I can provide you the right guidance whether you are a first-time buyer, moving up to a bigger home, or an investor! I strongly believe in strategizing based on each client’s needs to accomplish their goals effectively and successfully. My knowledge, experience and strategy and the willingness to listen and communicate have been the reasons for my success in real estate transactions in the ever changing and challenging Bay Area markets.  I receive most of my clients through referrals from satisfied past clients. I sell everything from condominiums to large homes, fixer uppers/investment properties to vacant lots. With my experience in real estate and my integrity, I can offer good guidance whether you are purchasing or selling a property or doing a 1031 tax free exchange for your investment property.

As a strong believer in giving back to the community when I am not busy with clients I am actively involved in supporting local nonprofit organizations fighting for great causes and women’s rights. In my spare time I love to go on nature hikes and travel.
