Vanessa Madrigal

After growing up in Houston, Vanessa attended the University of Texas and fell in love with Austin. Upon graduating from college, Vanessa spent six years living in Northern California, working for a decorative hardware company in sales. It was at this time that her love of interior design and home design began. She moved back to Austin to purchase her first home and spent the next ten years working in healthcare, helping physicians with the business side of their practice. One aspect included assisting clients with finding commercial office space and setting up new practices.

Ready to make the shift to real estate, Vanessa is committed to delivering a personalized, quality experience for her clients. Her strong attention to detail and passion for helping clients find a place to call home make her an invaluable asset to clients looking to buy, sell or lease their home.
Vanessa has lived in Tarrytown, Clarksville, North Loop, and now resides in Northwest Austin with her family. She enjoys volunteering in her community and is President of the Jester Club Board. She also serves on the Board of the Gators swim team. She can also be found volunteering at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church and School.
