I’m Vanessa Sierra, a Dallas-based real estate advisor specializing in luxury homes and new construction. I work closely with builders and developers to strategically position and sell high end homes, while also representing buyers and sellers who want a more intentional, hands on approach. My focus is always the same, position the property correctly, market it with purpose, and make sure it reaches the right audience.

To me, real estate isn’t just about selling a home. It’s about understanding people, reading the market, and knowing how to bring everything together in a way that drives the best outcome. I’m deeply involved in every step, from pricing and presentation to negotiation and execution. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client and every property requires a different strategy, and I take that seriously.
