Hi y'all, I'm Vanessa!

A little about me...I am a Realtor with Compass serving the Nashville area, and a second-generation real estate professional. I grew up around the industry - my mom is a Realtor & my dad worked in mortgages - which gave me an early understanding of how to guide people through one of the biggest financial and life decisions with care and clarity.
Originally born in Chicago & raised in California, I eventually made the move to Tennessee to build a life centered around the values that matter most to me & my family.
Before real estate, I spent several years owning an insurance agency. That experience still shapes how I serve my clients today, especially when it comes to understanding risk and protecting your investment.
I am also a real estate investor and genuinely love working with other investors. I believe real estate is one of the most powerful ways to build long-term wealth and I'm passionate about helping others find the path that works best for them.

I'm licensed in both California & Tennessee and specializing in helping clients relocate. Having gone through a big move across the country myself, I understand both the excitement and the unknowns that come with starting fresh in a new place. I approach every transaction with an investor's mindset. Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth, my goal is to help you feel confident that you're making a smart decision that supports your long-term goals - not just a quick one.

For me, real estate has never been about closing deals - it's about building long-term relationships and trust. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, leaning on me for guidance and knowing they have someone truly in their corner every step of the way. My goal is that long after the transaction is complete, you feel like you have a trusted resource you can call anytime.
When I'm Not Working
You'll find me spending time with my family, exploring places around Tennessee, walking my 2 little pups Wrigley & Cookie or enjoying a good book and a glass of wine or old fashion. I love anything that feels like an adventure - whether that is traveling somewhere new, getting out on the lake or just trying a local spot!
I am also a big sports fan - loyal to my Chicago Bears, grew up a Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan, and have recently jumped on board with the Nashville Predators (Go Preds!).
