A New York City real estate professional born and raised in Greece, Velvet brings a global perspective and a strategic, execution-driven approach to every transaction.

Prior to real estate, Velvet spent over a decade working for a Family Office and a Film Production Company, managing complex, cross-border projects across New York and Europe. This experience sharpened her ability to negotiate contracts, oversee high-value assets, and deliver creative results under pressure — expertise that directly benefits both buyers and sellers in today’s competitive market.

For sellers, she focuses on strategic positioning, data-driven pricing, and elevated presentation to maximize value. For buyers, she provides disciplined market analysis and confident negotiation to secure the right property on the best possible terms. 

Fluent in both English and Greek, and particularly experienced in working with international buyers and high-net-worth individuals, she is known for her discretion, responsiveness, and hands-on approach.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and attending art exhibitions. During the summer, she can often be found in the Greek islands, reconnecting with her roots.
