About Venetia

Venetia has lived in Clinton Hill for over 15 years and offers her clients a first-hand experience of the Brooklyn boroughs. She can knowledgeably and passionately discuss the nuances of its many neighborhoods as they relate to their real estate needs.

Having personally bought and renovated more than 5 homes to date, Venetia has the ability and sense to maximize the potential of a particular property and can evaluate its pros and cons from a professional vantage point. “It’s all about what’s next, what’s coming, seeing ahead of what is currently there.”

She loves helping buyers and sellers understand what projects will add the most value to a home and how to transform a space with the expertise and contacts necessary to help clients do the same.

Originally a London-born, award-winning, BBC radio and television producer/director Venetia took a career break to move to the US and start a family. Before joining Compass Venetia was running a small creative design, manufacturing, and sales business. She says “I adore Brooklyn and can think of nowhere I would rather have a home. Helping others navigate through this beautiful place to realize their goal of owning a property, but more importantly, making a home is what motivates me.” Apart from indulging a passion for ceramics and traveling to her country home upstate Venetia loves walking through Brooklyn’s parks and getting great neighborhood coffee.
