With a passion rooted in purpose, Vershae champions real estate as a pathway to generational stability. As a Black Real Estate Professional, she is committed to narrowing the racial homeownership gap and reshaping what equitable access to housing looks like in Milwaukee.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, she brings deep local insight and a lifelong connection to the community she serves. Licensed since 2020, she expanded her expertise by earning her Associate of Applied Science with an emphasis in Real Estate in 2021, building a strong educational foundation to support her hands‑on experience in the field. She is an active advocate for representation and advancement in the industry, proudly serving on the committee board of For The Culture, a Milwaukee‑based nonprofit dedicated to engaging, empowering, and educating Black Real Estate Professionals. Her leadership reflects her commitment to fostering opportunity and reducing barriers within the housing landscape.

Throughout her career, she has earned recognition for her dedication and impact, including being honored as Rookie of the Year and Top GCI Earner on her team Luvene Realty Group.
