With a real estate license since 2011 and a mortgage loan originator license since 2004, Vic brings over two decades of experience across real estate, lending, and financial services. Before real estate, he owned a successful Farmers Insurance agency from 2003 to 2008āan experience that sharpened his ability to help clients protect what matters most.
His roots in Scottsdale run deep. Vic grew up working in his familyās iconic restaurant, Los Olivos, where he learned the value of hard work, hospitality, and connection. It was there, bartending in 2002, that he met his wife and now business partner, Michelle Houzeāa chance encounter that sparked both a lifelong partnership and a thriving real estate career.
Vic specializes in helping seniors and baby boomers navigate major life transitionsāwhether that means downsizing, relocating, or selling a longtime family home. As a Senior Real Estate SpecialistĀ® (SRES) with additional training in probate real estate, heās known for his calm, compassionate approach to what is often one of the most emotional decisions a person can make: letting go of a home filled with memories. When heās not working, Vic is spending time with his wife Michelle, their two dogs Ozzy and Sevi, or soaking in the joy of being new grandparents to their grandson, Romeo, born in January 2025. Mornings begin with coffee and dogs, while weekends often include football with friends at KOās Sports Bar, golf, and snow sports in the winter. He loves the gym and is an avid reader with a passion for learning across a wide range of topics.
