Victor comes to Compass Real Estate after a long and successful career as a commodity trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. He and his family relocated to South Florida for a better quality of life. Victor decided that Mirasol was the perfect community to provide his family with the lifestyle they sought after. Victor and his family have resided in Mirasol for more than fifteen years and he knows all there is to know about this great community he called home. Victor moved out of Mirasol in 2023 but stayed in the area and joined Eastpointe Country Club giving him insight into another community. In 2009 Victor became licensed to sell real estate in Florida. He said "the real estate market is much like the commodities market, it's quick to change and having a deep understanding of what drives the market is what buyers are looking for". It's critical to manage and stay ahead of these changes so that you can provide your clients with superior knowledge in order to keep their investments as sound as possible. As a fellow "baby boomer", Victor recognized that by combining a friendly location rich in recreational activities along with historically low interest rates and access to market inventory, his decision to make Palm Beach County his home was the right one!
