Before relocating to the Seacoast, I spent years working in San Franciscoās competitive real estate market, which continues to shape how I think about pricing, preparation, timing, and leverage, especially for clients relocating from larger metro areas.
Earlier in my career, I worked in legal and compliance roles at firms including BlackRock, State Street, and Fidelity. That background sharpened my attention to detail and negotiation skills, particularly when navigating complex transactions.
Today, I work with buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire and Maine, whether theyāre moving locally or from out of state.
