Victoria Soucy

Victoria Rae Soucy is so grateful to be working with the Doyle Team at Compass. As a second-generation real estate professional, Victoria has brought her passion and dedication for the industry over to New York City from Rhode Island. Prior to joining the team, Victoria worked in executive administrative roles helping to create and establish strong systems and processes for growing real estate teams. Her charisma, stellar work ethic, and can-do-anything attitude has allowed her to grow at an impressive rate, positioning her as the Operations Manager of the team. 

 As Operations Manager, Victoria oversees the transaction process from listing to close, as well as providing additional administrative and marketing support to best service her colleagues and clients.
